It's a busy night for KJHS Athletics! Volleyball is home, hosting Alwood in a non-conference matchup. The 7th grade game begins at 5:30 pm at KJHS. Wrestling travels to Havana for a meet with Farmington and Havana. Matches begin at 5:30 pm and will be held at New Central School, 215 N Pearl St, Havana, IL 62644. Finally, Boys Basketball travels to Kewanee for a conference matchup with the Steamers. It's a big game for the 8th grade, as the winner of tonight's battle takes home the Prairieland Conference title. The 7th grade game begins at 5:30 pm and will be held at Kewanee Central School, 215 E Central Blvd, Kewanee, IL 61443. Good luck to all and Go Bullets!!
The KJHS Volleyball and Wrestling teams hit the road tonight for away contests. Volleyball heads to Bushnell-Prairie City for a nonconference matchup with the Spartans. The games will be played at Bushnell-Prairie City Junior High School, 847 Walnut St, Bushnell, IL 61422. **Please note that the 7th grade game begins at 6:00 pm.** Meanwhile, wrestling heads to Eureka for a Quad meet with Eureka, Morton, and Bloomington. HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to our KJHS Cheerleaders and Coach Hopper!! They traveled to the ICCA Championships in Springfield this past weekend and came home with a 2nd place trophy. Highest finish ever and first time ever in the Top 3!! Great job girls - KJHS is super proud of your hard work. They will be "home" to showcase their routine this upcoming Sunday, January 18 at the Knoxville Competition, so come on out cheer them on. Go Big Blue!!

The Student Council Winter Wonderland Dance is this Friday! Presale tickets are just $3 and can be ordered through the KJHS Student Council Google Classroom. The last day to preorder tickets is Thursday. If you already purchased tickets last month, you’re all set—no need to buy again! All proceeds support Camp GranADA, a camp in Illinois for children with diabetes.

KJHS Christmas Spirit Week continues.
Tomorrow is also the last day to purchase Candy Grams. All of the money raised will be used to purchase Christmas gifts for 4 KJHS students. Our council also accepts donations. We will shop for these students on Thursday.
