Congratulations to our KJHS Cross Country team for a wonderful showing at the IESA Sectional race this past Saturday! Special shout out to 6th grader Dane Fleisher for snagging the last qualifying spot for the IESA State Meet! And kudos to 6th grader Madison Lewis, who ran an excellent race and fell just 2 spots outside of qualifying for next weekend. Dane will run in the IESA State Cross Country Meet on Saturday, 10/19 at Maxwell Park in Normal, IL at 11:30 am. Go Bullets!

Due to a driver shortage tomorrow, Friday October 4th, ALL Bus #12 riders will ride Bus #9. Please anticipate a delay in drop off times.

KJHS has added two 7th grade ONLY football games to the schedule. We will play Galesburg at home on Thursday, October 10 at 6:00 pm and we will play United at home on Wednesday, October 23 at 5:30 pm. Again, both of these games will be for our 7th grade players only. Thanks and Go Bullets!

What a night for KJHS Athletics! Football delivered a 44-6 win over Monmouth-Roseville and secured the traveling conference banner, the cheerleaders and dance team energized the crowd with some incredible performances, and our Cross Country runners had an amazing meet at Germantown Hills, with Dane Fleisher (17th in Varsity race out of 117) and Jackson Winbigler (10th in Open race) bringing home medals. Great job Blue Bullets!
