Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend!
KJHS now has 473 food items! We only have two days to collect to hopefully win the district competition and, more importantly, to help the people in our community. Tomorrow is PJ Day!

Attention KJHS 7th/8th grade girls interested in volleyball:

KJHS FamiliesโToday, we collected 106 food items! This is a great start, but we still need lots more. So many families in our community need help, especially at this time of year.

New Podcast Episode: Coach Amy Hopper on Cheer: Leaders, Confidence, and Connection. This episode takes us into a world of energy, teamwork, and commitmentโa world that lives at the heart of Knoxville Junior High Schoolโs community spirit: cheerleading. Iโm joined by Coach Amy Hopper, whose role goes far beyond leading cheers and teaching routines. Amy has created an environment where young students develop strength, poise, and resilience that will stay with them for life. Sheโs here today with three of her eighth-grade cheerleadersโJanessa, Delaney, and Oliviaโwho, in their own right, are learning to lead, face challenges, and connect with something larger than themselves. https://www.buzzsprout.com/2319526/episodes/16103916-coach-amy-hopper-on-cheer-leaders-confidence-and-connection

CONGRATULATIONS to our KJHS 8th Grade Girls Basketball team for finishing as the Prairieland Conference Champions for the 2024 season!! Last night's win over Orion secured the outright title for the 8th grade team. Great job ladies - Go Big Blue!

What fun! This is a district-wide event! Which school will win? Thank you!!

Parents, temperatures are dropping and it is time to dust off those winter coats and accessories. Students will be outside for recess, as long as temperatures allow. If your student needs assistance securing a winter hat, gloves, or even a coat, we may be able to help! Please contact Jessica Lenz (nurse@bluebullets.org) for more information! Stay warm!!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be NO concessions at tonight's KJHS girls basketball game vs. Orion. Please plan accordingly and apologies for any inconvenience.
In honor of Veterans Day, there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, November 11, 2024.

Parents, with the changing of the season, the need for Tylenol and Ibuprofen has increased significantly. Unfortunately our supply cannot meet the demand of the students. If your child is one that needs over the counter medications regularly, please bring those items to the school for your student's use. If you would like to make a donation of Tylenol or Ibuprofen to add to our stock, the most used/needed forms are liquid and chewable. We greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter.
Tomorrow is the Annual Veterans Visits at KJHS. Please wear red, white, and blue to honor our special visits and all veterans. Please no face paint or hats. Thank you!
