IF YOUR STUDENT IS DIAGNOSED WITH A CONCUSSION:

1. Obtain documentation/instructions from your child's physician.

2. Contact the district nurse to discuss course of treatment.

3. Academic accommodations will be distributed to your student's teachers.

Post Concussion

After receiving full clearance to Return-To-Learn and Return-To-Play, parents MUST sign consent for their student to participate in sports once again.
