Note: Your login and password are the same as your district network login and password. This system is only accessible inside the district network (it will not work from home).
Session time out updated to allow you to stay logged into the helpdesk all day without being kicked out.
Major outages will be posted to the Helpdesk status marquee (located above the My Tickets button after logging into the helpdesk). Please check here first prior to submitting a ticket as we may already be working to resolve the issue you are experiencing.
To make access easier for you, we have added a policy which installs a Helpdesk icon on the Windows desktop of any computer when a Staff member logs on.Double-clicking this icon will open the Helpdesk login page in your web browser. Use your network ID and password to login.
Please open a ticket for all technology requests. Emailing all IT Staff causes confusion and further delays resolution of everyone’s issues.
Our Helpdesk is an Intranet site (Internal website not available on the Internet). It is only available while in our school buildings. As a reminder, if your computer is down you can logon to any other computer in the district to submit a ticket.
If you cannot find a category which applies to your situation, please use “Desktop Computer Issues” for the Category & “Computer” for the Category Option.(“Laptop Computer Issues” if a laptop; “Tablet Computer Issues” if a tablet).
Our Helpdesk is a database, which means it maintains your existing tickets and ticket history. You can comment and/or add info to any of your existing open tickets rather than wasting valuable time submitting a new ticket.
